The award winners themselves give me hope – there are people out there who are helping others to have a better, sustainable future, putting people and planet first!
And hope from listening to people who have the power to do something about the biggest climate issues, like Sharon Burrow, the Secretary General of the International Trade Union Federation (207 Million members in 163 countries, with vast pension funds to invest) and President of the NUS and Founder of Teach the Future Zamzam Ibrahim and finally inspirational poetry from young writer and performer Rakaya Fetugal.
