Outdoor Eco Church Service

on Blewbury Play Close at 2.30 pm on Sunday 23rd August

It will be the first live Sunday Service led by members of St Michael’s since mid-March, and they invite everyone to join them in a lovely place, at the heart of our village.

It will be an all age service and young members of St Michael’s will be taking part. We hope families and anyone who cares for our environment will join us.

Lock down has been an difficult time for all of us, and a sad time for some, but there have been some good things about it. We have had time to appreciate things around us that we would usually not notice – you could tell us what was special for you.

This service will be a chance to reflect on what we have learned, and also to look forward to what we might do in future to care for the environment – to care for God’s World

Jo Lakeland has been asked to take part as a member of Sustainable Blewbury, to help in the discussion of what we can do to care for the world we live in. Small changes in the way we live really could reduce the effects of climate change.

All are welcome. Please bring rugs to sit on, or if you prefer them, garden chairs. There will be some chairs available for older people.
